Volgende maand gaat rector magnificus Karel Luyben met pensioen. Zijn opvolger is al bekend: collegevoorzitter Tim van der Hagen. Daarmee verandert de hele bestuursstructuur van de TU Delft, want Van der Hagen wordt zowel rector als voorzitter. Hoe zat dat vroeger?
