Students who take the bus to campus every day will have to walk a few extra minutes from temporary bus stops. Starting this Monday, buses will not run on campus because of roadworks beneath the bus lane.

Bussen will stop at Rotterdamseweg and Schoemakerstraat (blue lines) instead of at the Mekelpark.Between the February 5th and April 13th, the TU Aula, TU Mekelpark, TU Sport & Cultuur, TU Kluyverpark and TU Technopolis bus stops will be temporarily closed. Instead, there will be temporary stops a bit further away from campus. Line 40 will stop at Rotterdamseweg, a 4 minute walk from Aula. Lines 69 and 174 will stop at Schoemakerstraat, a 2 minute walk from Aula.
The bus lane will be closed to allow construction work on the water pipes beneath the road. Evides Waterbedrijf will replace all the water pipes; a major project that will take over two months.
