The Delft Center for Systems and Control (DCSC) celebrated their 10 year anniversary with an all­-day symposium.
Ten years ago, systems and control engineering was spread throughout different faculties at the TU Delft.

A team called Delft Spectral Technologies recently took home the top prize in The Dutch Cleantech Challenge (CTC) with its Fourier Optical Measurement System (FOMS). The five member team will go on to represent the Netherlands at the global finals in London on the April 25 2014

Research shows that Dutch and international students are not sufficiently integrated – and Delft is no exception. Language and culture often prove to be obstacles. “During get-togethers, we speak Dutch to each other.”

The TU Delft campus sports an impressive eleven wind tunnel labs, ranging from hypersonic to vertical wind tunnels. The Open Jet Facility (OJF) is the largest and is used to test wind turbines, bikes, cars and even the famous Senz storm umbrella.

Gyöngyvér Poller, 23, is doing an exchange semester at TU Delft in Industrial Design Engineering. She’s pursuing her master’s degree in Industrial Design in Budapest.
