Men neme een groep vrienden, een melige avond in het café, een thema en een nieuwe studentenvereniging is geboren. De nieuwe Delftse Studenten Hengelsportvereniging Snoek is populair: in twee weken tijd kreeg zij al 115 leden.

How do students live in Delft? Delta takes a peek inside student houses. The international student house, Oostplein, is notorious for its amazing BBQs. At walking distance from TU Delft and the city centre, the rooms are pricey, but they come with a view and rooftop terrace.

In Humans of the OWee we talk to people who have a special role on that day. Less than a year ago, Mark Laponder and two others started the company, Green Meat Productions. Today, they are giving away vegan kebabs to set a new world record.

How do TU Delft students live? Delta takes a peek inside student houses. No alcohol today, go to bed early and watch your diet. Every day in ‘De Kreekrugridders’ student house they focus on training hard for the next rowing event. “Only after the oars are finally hung up to dry can they live it up a bit.”

This year, TU Delft will welcome more international freshmen than ever. This will bring changes with it. For the first time, international first year students can join in the Opening Week (OWee) and will be in touch with Delft fraternities. How do these fraternities deal with this and how will you know?
